One of my favorite things to find when I’m out walking around are random words, images, notes and signs that people have placed in ordinary places. I guess technically a lot the time it is illegal and is classified as graffiti, but I personally tend to see it as art. Sometimes what I’ve found are love notes written to lost lovers…and then other times, it’s a well placed warning that simultaneously creeps you out and makes you marvel at the sheer, simple genius of it. Call me crazy, but when I saw this in Portland, Maine while out walking with John and Liza (that’s them off to the side of the newspaper stand) I was so excited and had to grab a picture.
I know I am due a big post with lots of cool as hell car pictures, but I wanted to throw this one up there while I edit and wade through my work. Hope you are having a great weekend!
