The life in your years

It’s been a whirlwind around here lately and I have neglected to post this week so today I decided that I would post some pictures that make me happy, calm and just generally feel good! So there : )

As I’ve said before, friends mean a lot to me. People just have this amazing ability to iron out the wrinkles in life even when they have no idea they’re doing it. Sometimes it’s as simple as a nice comment, a caring gesture, a funny text, a goofy email or a simple hello that can really change the worst of days into manageable or possibly even sunny. I needed some of that recently and I got it in a wonderful abundance from my family and friends, and then also from people that I don’t even know that well; and all of it is appreciated times a bajillion zillion.

So lets look at some pictures and think about the quote my friend Tim King reminded me about that it isn’t the years in your life…it’s the life in your years. Hope you are all having a great day!

I am not a huge fan on being on this side of the camera, but I’ve had people ask where the pictures are of me, so here you have it! This too was a good day so it fits with my happy mood post : )

Haha! This was John’s idea. If you look closely, you can see Oscar and John’s heads popping around the cement support beams too. We spent far too much time in this empty garage taking pictures, laughing and watching John jump around.
