April 2012 went by fast due mostly to the great, awesome, amazing and OHMYCRAP! things that happened which I plan on elaborating on in the future, I promise! And to start that promise off right, the reason for this post is one of the fun things that I got to do: take head shots for Soirée’s prom manager, Aleigh!
I have worked on a couple of projects with the owner of Soiree, who also runs Madeleine’s Daughter, and I am always ready to help her and her team out whenever they need because they not only are wonderful people to me, they are great women in general. And Aleigh was no different – her personality, energy and contagious smile made for a super easy photo shoot over at the Joya Beauty salon. And by the way, Joya’s owner, Joanne McDonough, mixes up her own line of customized makeup as well as doing lessons and bridal makeup – all right here in Dover, NH and she whipped up a timeless and fresh look for the gorgeous Aleigh.
Guys and girls, I promise you that if you need a formal dress and get to work with Aleigh, you will LOVE it, this girl is awesome. And if you need pro makeup done, Joya is the place to go for sure. Thank you for a wonderful day and for inviting me to come along!
