With friends like these, who needs models? // Dover, NH Seacoast Photographer

We keep having little glimpses of summer around here and I have been loving having the front screen door open to let the fresh air in and driving around listening to good music with the windows down (yes, I sing loudly – BEAUTIFULLY – to my jams and yes, I turn it down and act like nothing was happening when I get to a stop light. ‘Sup). So in the midst of cold days thrown in with absolutely OHMYGODIT’SSONICEOUTSIDE days, I texted my friend Liza and asked if she would be down for a walk in one of my most favorite secret places in Dover and she was down! So off we went wandering through semi muddy terrain, talking about life and how we can rein that bad boy in and just enjoying the sun before it dipped out of view.

Oh, and my little prize for crouching and lying in the woods to get some pictures? Little tiny burrs alllll in my hair that Oscar had to pull out in the parking lot of a restaurant later that night. I discovered them when I went to go fix my pony tail and screamed thinking it was some sort of massive insect stuck in my head.

And lookit Liza. Honestly, she is so naturally beautiful and so easy to photograph. With friends like these, who needs models?
