Waitsfield Vermont Wedding at The Round Barn Inn Farm: Danielle + Ian

Danielle and Ian had an idyllic wedding day in Waitsfield Vermont with views of the emerald green rolling hills and mountains. Waistfield definitely deserves a visit from me again with its great food featuring all sorts of vegetables picked fresh from the fields outside of their restaurants, and the numerous places to visit and enjoy the quiet fresh air.

And if you want to stay a while, getting a room at The Inn at the Round Barn Farm needs to be at the top of your list.

The natural landscape, the inviting rooms, the kindness of the people, and the delcious-ness of the food – wow! Danielle and Ian chose really well and found the perfect spot to mirror the strong but quiet love they have for one another. They were right at home while we walked the halls or spent time on the grounds and their super cool personalities meshed well with the super cool Inn.

And let’s not forget their newborn son who joined them for their wedding day! I’ve said it time and time again, I absolutely love photographing new parents on their wedding day. There is something intangible about what it does to them and the depth it adds to the meaning of the day – these two were the picture perfect examples of that special something I love.

Ian shed tears as soon as Danielle walked down the aisle, and then he got even more overwhelmed with love when partway through his vows Danielle scooped up their son to listen to his words alongside her. In fact, Ian had so many happy tears that Danielle had to step in and help read part of his vows for him – ahh, my heart!

It was a cooled down beautiful day that came right after several scorching days of heat and they not only surrounded themselves with the greatest of family and friends, they also chose a great vendor team to support them who I enjoyed working alongside. It was an incredible day with incredible people all around.

Danielle, Ian + little one, I loved being there with you for your day and I wish you three many years of happiness! Congrats!
