Dover, New Hampshire Wedding Photographer : Sara + Nestor

As we are all well aware, this summer has been a mild one up here, so not only is my electric bill awesomely low (woo!) but more importantly that means wedding weekends have consistently been filled with comfortably warm weather with a touch of a soft breeze. Sara + Nestor’s Dover, New Hampshire wedding weekend was no different and it made for the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding over at The Oaks.

Sara + Nestor opted for a first look before their ceremony so they could have a quiet, private moment between the two of them before the hustle and bustle of the day came into full swing. A teary Sara was so excited to see her groom and his reaction was just perfect. The love that he has for her was evident all throughout the day between his gazing looks at her in her pretty white dress to the constant hugs and kisses he showered her with.

They also had an unplugged ceremony which meant no cell phones greeted them as they walked down the aisle and instead they got to look out at all of the sweet faces of the people who had joined them. Together, everyone was truly present during their vows and got to experience the day fully, just as the couple wanted! With their short and sweet ceremony where they not only made promises to one another but they also recognized the loved ones that had passed and were attending the day in spirit, Sara + Nestor found themselves overwhelmed with joy and tears as the officiant made it official that they were now husband and wife.

And man, they make a beautiful couple! His Spanish heritage with the dark hair and eyes versus her porcelain skin and light blue eyes made such a striking match. They are a very easy couple to photograph! And having Oscar there as my second shooter came in super handy when communicating with Nestor’s family who flew in from Spain for the special occasion!

The day was full of fun, FIREWORKS! and non-stop action. Thank you for having us be a part of your wedding day, Sara + Nestor, I wish you all the best!

One of the cutest flower girls ever! Little ones often have a tough time posing for pictures and opening up to a photographer, but not her! She was perfect, patient, smiley, happy and super sweet all day.

Some of Nestor’s family from Spain who couldn’t make it to the wedding surprised the couple with a video they put together that was played during the reception. Both Sara + Nestor had tears of joy and laughter at the awesome surprise!
