Waterville Valley Resort New Hampshire Wedding Photographer : Jen + Pete

Jen + Pete’s Waterville Valley Resort wedding up in the mountains of New Hampshire was exactly the way they described it was going to be: FUN!

I’m not sure if I’ve had a bride who smiled and laughed as much as Jen did from the start of me entering her bridal suite (where I got a raucous welcoming of, “SARAH V IS HERE!!”) and then quite literally all throughout the rest of the day her smile was lighting up every moment, especially when she was in Pete’s arms.

And the location was a perfect fit for these lovers of the outdoors with mountain views everywhere you turn, lush green trees, fresh air, and that cozy cabin feel. Jen’s family has a long history of spending summers up in the White Mountains so this retreat to the great outdoors to celebrate their love was an easy choice for them.

And let me tell you, the entire crew couldn’t have been more fun to be around! I was laughing alongside them all day, then tearing up at the love drenched speeches, and then rocking some sweet moves when Pete pulled me on the dance floor toward the end of the night and refused to let me get away without at least some partying with them all!

And speaking of dance floor, Jen + Pete weren’t kidding when they said they live to dance at a party. As soon as the first dance was over, the floor was packed with people dancing to Soul City Band‘s music, doing the splits (yup, I caught it on camera!) and having the time of their life.

So much love and so much excitement filled the day and I can see just how perfect these two people are for one another. Thank you, Jen + Pete for bringing me along for your wedding day – I wish you all the best!!
