St. Louis Wedding Photography for MY Family!

I believe I say this every year and wind up only partially doing it, BUT I’m going to say again that this wedding season I’m going to do less talking and more letting the pictures do the work.

With that said, these images mean a lot to me because they capture my family.

This is my cousin, CJ, marrying the incredibly cool Patrick. This is my other cousin standing proud as CJ’s maid of honor, and this is my Aunt and Uncle watching their daughter move through life so wonderfully to become the independent, smart, beautiful, and damn strange (and I love strange people) woman that she is.

This was a wedding I got to connect with people I care a great deal for and who I haven’t been keeping up with as much as I (we…I won’t take all the blame here haha!) should, but now I hope that’s all changed, and we’ll check in more often and hopefully visit one another more too.

CJ, you’re a bright burning fire that is incredible to be close to! Your patients are so lucky having you caring for them – that alluring energy of yours is infectious.

Patrick, I wish we’d had more time to talk! The brief moment when you opened up to me right before the first look endeared me to you instantly. There’s a lot I wish I’d had the time to listen to and then share with you (not sure if you remember our discussion, but I can relate 100% to everything you told me, you have no idea) so hopefully we get to do more getting to know each other in the future.

To my Aunt, Uncle, and Caroline: I love you guys to pieces. Tiny pieces!! And my barfy Dad loves you all too 🙃
